I am one of five children and I have a twin sister, a single sister and another set of twins, brother and sister. When very young my mother told me about healthy eating and it grew into a goal for me. My sisters and brother would see my mother or father cooking and run off to play but I saw more. I saw an opportunity to help and I began to love mixing, stirring, pouring, sprinkling and making up my own recipes. I started to make dinner for my siblings and from then felt responsible for something I really enjoyed.
I would like to achieve a world of healthy eating people, to not fill our bodies with things that our mind may like but not our stomachs nor heart. Our heart is the key to a good life and listening to what it really wants to eat is, I believe, a great habit. We love healthy food in our home and at the same time we also believe it's good to have a treat or chocolate every once in a while because what makes you happy is also important.
