Welcome to the three phases of The Conscious Parent Process: Step 1. The Awareness Phase: By looking at our stressors, triggers and challenges, we can become aware of how our own issues & childhood beliefs are governing the behaviours we use in the relationships we have with our kids and family today. We look at how we loose our cool and see the patterns we keep creating instead of addressing the real needs that are going unnoticed below the surface within ourselves. We see how our kids are a reflection of us and are mirroring the exact lessons WE need to be learning. In this way we begin to take responsibility for where we are and how we choose to move forward as leaders of our family.
Step 2. The Process & Release Phase: We begin to heal our inner child & release the stories and attitudes from the past that are influencing our present and getting in the way of our ability to be fully connected and loving towards our children today. We forgive, let go and reprogramme so that we set our life (ourself/our children/partner/family) free at last by opening our heart fully once again. We lovingly choose the new standards and priorities we wish to live by and align ourselves with a new soulful vision.

Step 3. The Life Re-design Phase. Here we re-script our present inner beliefs, assumptions and priorities, we transform our behaviours and approach to life and get clear on the vision and intentions we want to hold for our future as we begin to consciously shape our existence into the one we want to be living. We apply new tools and behaviours to all our relationships and hold new, deeply loving and respectful standards for ourselves and our lives. Sound good?
